Why should I book using this website?

What is your check-in procedure?
Check-in time is at 2 PM while check-out time is at 10 AM. You may check in from 1 PM until 8 PM (can vary to 6 PM) at the reception. Late check-in must be arranged before 6 PM if required.

Yes, every room has a parking space.

Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all premises at Lake Inn Ballarat are non-smoking.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
*For bookings made via phone or our website - 48-hour notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged 1-night accommodation.
* For bookings made via other websites (Booking.com, Expedia etc) Please refer to their cancellation policy.
*Group bookings require a 14-day notice for cancellations. Cancellation within 14 days will incur a loss of deposit.
